Sales Development Representative – DACH Region
Location: Remote, UK-based
Salary: Basic salary up to £52,500, 30% OTE + Excellent Benefits
Languages: To be considered you must be fluent in German
We’re working with a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity, defending some of the world’s largest organisations and critical infrastructure across the world. Their platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) environments for enterprises and government entities in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and resources.
As they expand their product portfolio and strengthen their global presence, the EMEA Marketing team is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and open new opportunities in the DACH region.
The Role
You will work closely with sales and marketing to develop territory strategies, generate qualified meetings, and build relationships with prospects. This role combines inbound lead qualification with targeted outbound activity and requires a proactive, commercially driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies across the DACH region
- Qualify inbound leads from account-based marketing, events, campaigns and other channels
- Prospect into target accounts via calls, email, social media, and account-based research
- Book qualified meetings that convert into sales opportunities
- Partner with sales and marketing to create tailored messaging for outreach
- Communicate the company’s value proposition and overcome objections
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including virtual and in-person events
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Software, SaaS, cybersecurity, IT, or software
- Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with sales engagement tools, CRM platforms, and ABM campaigns
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach cycles
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a collaborative, target-driven team
