£60,000 - £75,000 basic salary + benefits

We’re excited to be supporting growing software development team who are looking to recruit a new Senior Software Engineer to join their team, you’ll be working with modern technologies, building scalable and secure platforms, and helping redefine the customer experience aswell as how the business takes technology forward in everything they do.
This is a remote role with some travel required to their offices in Leeds for team meetings however this is limited so If you’re looking for an opportunity to influence, build and continuously improve in a fast-moving and supportive environment with remote working this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining high-quality, front end and back end digital platforms in line with modern engineering principles and cloud-based architecture
- Shaping delivery practices and automation
- Helping evolve the businesses approach to AI both in software development and the user / customer experience
- Coaching others and contributing to the development of an engineering-led culture
What You’ll Bring
You’re an experienced Software Engineer with strong .NET skills and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native solutions. You enjoy working across the full stack, exploring new technologies, and contributing to how teams design and deliver software.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a full stack developer in C#, .NET, SQL, and MVC, with a solid grasp of API design and development.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js,
- Experience developing and deploying in the cloud (Azure),
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
- A collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering customer-first outcomes

Recruitment Process:
