Head of Software Development

£65k + bonus & benefits | Microsoft Stack | Hybrid working based from Essex, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire

We’re delighted to be working with a client centric services business that’s hiring a Head of Software Development to lead a small, agile team delivering Microsoft-based solutions. It’s a hands-on technical leadership role where you will be owning the full software development lifecycle, shaping software engineering standards, and influencing senior stakeholders.

You’ll be part of the IT leadership team, driving modern DevOps practices and lead teams working across .NET, C#, Azure, Power Platform and more. Ideal for someone who still enjoys staying close to the code but thrives on team development, agile delivery, and is looking for a role offering progression into leadership.
